In his career, Florian Kröger has designed and facilitated numerous leadership workshops. In addition, Florian is a reliable sparring partner for various executives. During his start-up time, he adopted the agile way of working according to SCRUM, among others, and he later introduced and applied it as a consultant for corporations. With his clients, he is consistently faced with the challenge of effectively implementing agile working methods in corporations instead of merely exchanging terminology.

In the conception and (business) facilitation of strategy and leadership workshops, Sonja Neubauer relies on varied methods. With ample dynamism, she uses her project and communication experience to activate and motivate groups. Loosened up by team development and design thinking elements, her workshops are characterized by creativity, spontaneity and appealing visualization. Sonja Neubauer is a certified change manager (IMCM), a systemic (team) coach and has been Scrum certified several times.

With practical experience, enthusiasm for the further development of companies and his high social competence, Sebastian Linder has been advising our clients for more than 8 years in a trustworthy and convincing manner across numerous projects. His main focus is on strategic and operational process management, process optimization and the development of integrated management systems. Sebastian Linder is a certified Business Process Professional (CBPP), QMB, Scrum Master (PSM I) and Product Owner (PSPO I) and additionally holds certifications for Information Security Management (ISO 27001) and IT Security.

With a focus on process and lean management, Uta Deschonschen has already successfully implemented numerous projects in various industries, drawing on more than ten years of professional experience. With her open, authentic manner and her ability to inspire and motivate, she inspires her clients in strategic and technical workshops. In her trainings, she focuses on the individual needs of the participants in order to achieve the greatest possible transfer of learning into practice. Uta Deschonschen is a certified Business Process Professional (CBPP), Scrum Master (PSM I), LeSS Practitioner and Trained Lego Serious Play Facilitator.

Both in the founding of LEITWERK Consulting GmbH, where Kristof D'haeyere is still active today as Managing Director, and in other personal and professional initiatives, his pragmatic and structured determination is a source of energy that has a contagious effect. These qualities, coupled with over 10 years of consulting experience in large corporations, are the perfect prerequisite for bringing agile working methods to life. In his strategy workshops and trainings, the focus is always on concrete implementation.
